How do you define the mission and purpose of your role within your organization?

My role is all about cultivating a culture that people genuinely want to be a part of—one where trust is mutual, gratitude is constant, and fun is never off the table. I work alongside a team of driven individuals, and together we strive to spark curiosity in our customers and deliver experiences that keep them coming back. I want our customers to not just need what we offer, but to truly want it. Internally, I’m committed to ensuring that everyone on our team feels empowered to grow and advance—no barriers, just opportunity.

What motivates you to keep growing in your work and professional knowledge?

Growth—it’s the most exhilarating part of business. Watching employees sharpen their skills and reach new milestones is incredibly rewarding. I’m driven by seeing others succeed and being a part of that journey. I also find energy in mentoring young professionals and connecting with successful people across our industry. Whether it’s expanding my network, keeping up with current events, or simply learning something new, I’m always looking for ways to grow and pass that momentum on to others.

What are your favorite hobbies and activities?

I’ve been married for 32 years, and we have five amazing kids—two of whom are in the industry, which has been a fun connection. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, getting out on the golf course, and traveling. Last October, I even completed a full lap around the world. I’m a people person through and through, so anytime I’m meeting new faces or sharing a good conversation, I’m in my element.
