SITUATION:

The Elite Marketing Group launched a new medical program aimed at promoting an innovative procedure. To support the rollout, every participating doctor who agreed to recommend or suggest the procedure received a customized promotional package. As this initiative marked a first for the company, the marketing team strategically developed a collection of branded items designed to increase visibility—intended either for the doctor to wear or to be displayed prominently in their office—enhancing both credibility and brand recognition.

SOLUTION:

Elite Marketing Group wanted a custom branded display box that could securely hold all promotional items and withstand UPS shipping. The final box was so impressive that the team chose to ship it inside a larger protective box to ensure it arrived in perfect condition—creating a standout unboxing experience. With the exception of the jacket, all items, including the box, were sourced through ASB. Despite the marketing team’s specific requests—from the hat style to Miir drinkware, pin, and shirt—everything was sourced quickly and efficiently thanks to ASB’s extensive vendor network.

SUCCESS:

As a new program for The Elite, the goal was to make a strong impression on both doctors and their patients by appearing well-established within the medical field. For the initial rollout, only 50 units of each item were produced a challenge many companies couldn’t meet. Thanks to ASB’s vendor network, we easily sourced low quantity embroidered hats, shirts, and drinkware. The custom 20″ x 16″ x 6″ display box was the most complex item, requiring a prototype to ensure a perfect fit. The full package shipped in early April 2025 and The Elite’s marketing and leadership teams were very pleased with the final kit.
