American Solutions for Business sales associate, Joseph Artiste, created a new program with a national baker in Orlando to implement an employee appreciation program. This program was designed to help boost morale to combat the 48-52% loss in their workforce during the pandemic. With the large transition, this bakery experienced high turnover rates due to 12-hour shifts working in 100-degree buildings.

“We ordered 500 $25 gift cards that worked with all demographics, pre-charged and able to be tracked. They were better than cash,” explained Artiste. “Thanks to this program, the company has already ordered another one thousand gift cards for the next round of distribution.”
