ASB is pleased to announce the promotion of Lori Rogge to Senior Director of Sales Support.

In her new role, Rogge will support ASB’s Service Representatives, Prompt Pay Compliance, and Expanded Services teams.

Rogge joined the ASB team in 1998 as a Customer Service Representative and has remained deeply connected to those roots throughout her career. Over the years, she has served in a variety of roles, building strong relationships across the organization while helping develop and mentor countless team members. Her attention to detail, process-driven mindset, and steadfast dedication to ASB have earned the respect of colleagues throughout the company.

“Lori is an amazing individual, her years of service speak volumes of her dedication to ASB and her team,” shared Miriah Cassidy, Vice President of Operations. “It is an honor to have her as a main player on our Operations Leadership Team!”

As I step into this new role supporting both Sales Support and Expanded Services, I look forward to continuing to learn, collaborate across departments, and support our teams and sales associates in new ways”.

Rogge’s promotion was recently celebrated alongside another exciting recognition, receiving the Super Star Award at the UMAPP Room Show. Lori and members of the ASB team gathered during the event to recognize both accomplishments, honoring her leadership, dedication, and long-standing impact on the company and the industry.
