ASB Raises $12,500 for Charity at National Sales Conference

American Solutions for Business hosted two charitable initiatives during its National Sales Conference, raising a total of $12,500. Each year, ASB designates two organizations to support – one through the American Memorial Walk and another as a general charity. Giving back remains a cornerstone of the company’s culture, ensuring that philanthropy is embedded in every event.

The first initiative, the American Memorial Walk, honored the late ASB sales associate Leo Hernandez. Attendees gathered the morning of Wednesday, March 12th for the check presentation followed by a walk around the conference property. Through registration fees and donations, ASB raised $7,500, which was presented to Covenant Cedars Bible Camp, an organization very close to the Hernandez family.

Leading up to conference, attendees also had the opportunity to contribute to Heart Response Ministry. ASB Founder & CEO Larry Zavadil has been collaborating with retired sales associate Bruce Zweber to establish a partnership between ASB and Heart Response Ministry. During the event’s closing social, a check for $5,000 was presented to support Heart’s mission.

“Heart is a redistribution warehouse. We receive large truckloads of new products from corporate retailers and distribute them to other nonprofit organizations,” shared Candice Mangum, Manager of Heart Response Ministry. “These funds will directly support distribution costs, allowing us to get essential products into the hands of those who need them most. We are incredibly grateful for the generosity of ASB, its attendees, and vendor partners who contributed both financially and with product donations.”
