ASB Raises $5,000 for Honor Flight Twin Cities at Accelerate Event

American Solutions for Business raised $5,000 for Honor Flight Network Twin Cities during its annual Accelerate event, where over 170 attendees gathered—including vendor partners, sales associates, and home office team members. This year’s chosen charity holds a deeply meaningful mission: to recognize and celebrate America’s veterans with an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C., offering the opportunity to visit and reflect at memorials built in their honor.

The Twin Cities chapter of Honor Flight offers these trips to World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War veterans, ensuring our nation’s heroes are not forgotten and have the chance to experience the powerful tribute that awaits them in our capital.

“Supporting Honor Flight Twin Cities was an incredible opportunity for our team and attendees,” shared Taylor Borst, VP of Vendor Relations, Marketing & Events. “We’re so grateful for the generous contributions from the ASB community. It was especially meaningful to see how many attendees had personal connections to Honor Flight and the life-changing experiences they provide for veterans. That emotional connection made our support even more impactful.”

Leading up to and during the Accelerate event, attendees had the opportunity to donate $25 in exchange for a custom-printed decal. Each contribution directly supported Honor Flight Twin Cities, with 100% of proceeds going to the organization. The decals were shared throughout the event as a way to honor donors and celebrate the collective impact of the ASB community.

“We’re so grateful to the ASB community for this generous donation. It will directly support our upcoming fall flight, helping more veterans and their guardians experience this meaningful trip. Your support ensures that no veteran is left behind,” expressed Jana and Jerry Kyser, representatives of Honor Flight Twin Cities.

This charitable tradition has become a core element of ASB’s Accelerate event. From raising funds for children’s health to honoring our nation’s veterans, ASB continues to ensure that each gathering not only fosters professional growth but also makes a meaningful impact on the host community.
