SITUATION: American was asked to provide a quote to replace or update more than 1,700 of our customers displays in one of the nation’s largest home improvement store chains.

SOLUTION: American got to work by reverse-engineering the customer’s existing fixtures and developed a complete set of engineered drawings for the customer to approve, and was awarded the opportunity! From fabricating all the displays and graphic elements to developing the custom packaging suitable for LTL and parcel deliveries to multiple locations nationwide. American seamlessly managed all of the logistics to have these displays successfully shipped and installed.

SUCCESS: American reduced the customer’s cost by more than 20% compared to their previous long-time vendor. In fact, the customer was so impressed with how American outperformed their former supplier, that they have asked us to partner with them on their next major project – updating all the fixtures and displays in another nationwide home improvement center!
