How do you define the mission and purpose of your role within your organization?

I am the co-founder, majority stockholder, President & CEO of BamBams. My role is to set the vision and direction of the company, and to motivate our employees and to nurture our culture.

What motivates you to keep growing in your work and professional knowledge?

My motivation is derived from wanting to do my best at all times, and to be a good steward of BamBams.

What are your favorite hobbies and activities?

Sailing, golfing and spending time with my family including 8 grandchildren.
