In this spotlight, we dive into Megan’s values, motivations, and the driving force behind her commitment to growth and connection.

How do you define the mission and purpose of your role within your organization?

As of the VP of Sales & Marketing, my mission is to bring the BELLA+CANVAS brand to life in a way that inspires and empowers both our customers and internal teams. I see my role as the connective thread between strategic vision and creative execution, ensuring everything we produce aligns with our values, resonates with our audience, and supports our partners in driving meaningful growth. At the heart of it, I believe in helping connect customers to BELLA+CANVAS in a way that empowers them to bring their customers’ visions to life. Promotional product professionals have a unique superpower: the ability to create tangible memories tied to experiences & moments in their lives. I’m passionate about BELLA+CANVAS being the fuel behind that magic.

What motivates you to keep growing in your work and professional knowledge?

I’m deeply motivated by the desire to constantly evolve – I find it energizing to stay ahead, whether that’s refining strategies, embracing new ideas, or learning from the incredible people around me. I genuinely want to be the best at what I do, and that challenge drives me every single day. I also want my team to feel fulfilled, supported, and proud of the work we do. BELLA+CANVAS is my family, and that motivates me to keep pushing forward with everything I’ve got.

What are your favorite hobbies and activities?

Outside of work, I love good food, great wine, live music, and any opportunity to travel. I’m happiest spending time with my husband, our 16-month-old son Myles, and our sweet dog Cooper. Whether we’re exploring new places or just soaking in a slow weekend at home, I value time together and making memories as a family.
